NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:
The “Whatnot Giveaway” (the “Campaign”) is open only to those who enter via the Whatnot Mobile App or Whatnot.com and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is open to legal residents of the United States of America or its associated territories and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of Salumbo LLC (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Salumbo LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign. You also agree to abide by the Whatnot Terms of Service and Whatnot Community Guidelines.
3. Campaign Period:
These Official Rules apply to all individual drawings conducted by the Sponsor during the Campaign Period.
- Start Date: November 1, 2025, at 12:01 AM CST.
- End Date: December 31, 2099, or until otherwise terminated by Sponsor.
- Individual Drawings: Drawings will occur intermittently during live broadcasts within this period. The specific entry window for each prize will be announced live and determined by the Sponsor using the Whatnot platform functionality.
4. How to Enter:
The Campaign must be entered by submitting an entry using the Whatnot Giveaway feature on the Sponsor’s channel. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize.
- Standard Entry: During a live broadcast, click the “Enter Giveaway” button when the Sponsor activates a giveaway.
- Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) / No Purchase Necessary: To enter without purchase or using Whatnot currency (if applicable), You may utilize the AMOE form provided by Whatnot, Inc. accessible via the “Enter for Free” link located within the giveaway details on the Whatnot mobile app or website during the active drawing window.
- Limits: One (1) entry per person per individual drawing, unless the specific drawing allows for multiple entries as configured by the Whatnot platform settings.
5. Prizes:
The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive the specific item(s) announced by the Sponsor at the time of the drawing entry.
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The ARV will vary by drawing period. The ARV for any specific drawing item can be requested from the host at the time of drawing entry via the Whatnot chat feature.
- The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
6. Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the specific window for each individual drawing.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor, utilizing the automated Whatnot randomization algorithm.
- Notification: Winners will be notified immediately via the Whatnot App interface and/or direct message.
- Distribution: Prize fulfillment and shipping will be handled in accordance with Whatnot’s shipping policies. Sponsor is not responsible for shipment delays caused by the carrier.
- Forfeiture: If Winner is ineligible or fails to claim the prize in accordance with Whatnot’s claim procedures, the prize may be forfeited.
8. Rights Granted by You:
By entering, You understand and agree that Salumbo LLC, anyone acting on behalf of Salumbo LLC, and Salumbo LLC’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your name, username, and statements about the Campaign for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
9. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Salumbo LLC, Whatnot, Inc., and their subsidiary, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment.
10. Disputes:
THIS CAMPAIGN IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND WISCONSIN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in La Crosse County, Wisconsin having jurisdiction.
